I'm having a problem with an abusive member I have banned his Username and when I try to ban his IP he has approx 15 different IP's listed is there any quick way to ban all of his IP addresses, it seems to just keep changing to a new one.

We cannot help you. You only way if to ban all IP addresses he used until he does not have a list to enter your forum. I hope he gets banned permanently! Maybe take this moment of making your staff work a bit harder. Razz

Sadly there is no way to mass input IP addresses. Personally I'd only input the most recent ones he's used as its likely the others are old and haven't been used in awhile.

I also have a personal tip with dealing with members like this. If he signs up again then don't acknowledge him in anyway. Just keep banning his accounts and IP addresses and eventually he'll just give up.

Also in the Admin Panel you can use a 24 hour multiple account block. When a user creates an account you can set the amount of days any user can create a new account. The max is 255 days. I think this was the answer you were looking for?

Hello,

Just keep banning and ignoring the user, banning the e-mails that he uses will slow him too:

You can also set the account creation limit for a certain IP address every 24 hours here:
Admin Panel > General > Security:
IP address accounts creation limit, for each 24 hours : Set it to '1' preferably.
> Save
