Well, the bubble thing is wrapped around the username. Most of this is template editing.

Go to the templates: Inside this one: viewtopic_body. Search for this:
Code:
{postrow.displayed.POSTER_NAME}

Replace it with this:
Code:
<div class="bubble"><div style="font-size: 9px"><div class="nameup"><span style="color:#98BD04">{postrow.displayed.POSTER_NAME}</span></div></div></div>

Add this into your CSS:
Code:
.bubble {
position: relative;
background-color: #eee;
margin: 0;
padding: 10px;
text-align: center;
width: 100px;
-moz-border-radius: 10px;
-webkit-border-radius: 10px;
-webkit-box-shadow: 0px 0 3px rgba(0,0,0,0.25);
-moz-box-shadow: 0px 0 3px rgba(0,0,0,0.25);
box-shadow: 0px 0 3px rgba(0,0,0,0.25);
}
.bubble:after {
position: absolute;
display: block;
content: "";
border-color: #eee transparent transparent transparent;
border-style: solid;
border-width: 10px;
height: 0;
width: 0;
position: absolute;
bottom: -19px;
left: 1em;
}
.bubble {
text-align: center;
}

Save it & publish it.

For the online thing, look inside the same template for this:
Code:
{postrow.displayed.ONLINE_IMG}

Just place it above this:
Code:
<h4 class="username">{postrow.displayed.POSTER_NAME}</center></h4>
                        <div class="user-basic-info">
                           {postrow.displayed.POSTER_AVATAR}<br />
                           {postrow.displayed.POSTER_RANK_NEW}{postrow.displayed.RANK_IMAGE}
Your code will look a bit different since your editing the POSTER_NAME
Hope it works. Smile
