Forum Slow + bug

Hi forumotion. back again. my site has been quite a few notches slower past 2 days... and its not getting better. usually this is just a 10 minute thing but the forum was slow last night and is faster, but still slower than normal today. pages taking about 5 seconds longer to load than normal. really worried. i havent cleared the site cookies, havent done anything to the site as of late.

also the bug i had today was bvery concerning... 3 posts just disappeared at random, and 1 instance where 1 user said something, but then about 5 minutes later it showed as a different user saying it. Then the post times got all jumbled, where we had a post #44 & post #45 at 2:59pm and 3:01pm, but then posts 46 and 47 were at 2:56 & 2:57pm... i deleted all thosxe posts so i can screenshot you the problem but thats what happened

this is very concerning... running a virus check but i highly doubt i have one

@mr. Eddster, which browser are you using? Is this issue global around your forum? As in all users are experiencing this?

Im using Firefox. has never been a browser problem for me. yes, it is a global thing for everyone... slow on IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, all of them...
this started last night out of nowhere... like i said normally its just slow for 10-15 mins then its fine, but site hasnt been up to normal speed at all in 2 days.

its not painfully slow... but like i said in my original post pages are taking atleast 3 seconds longer to load... sometimes 10-15, most of the time 5 seconds. Normally its bam bam, within 1 second.

its weird. sometimes its normal, sometimes its just mediocre slow, sometimes its really slow...

like i said sometimes its fine. its working fine now too for my users. earlier it wasnt

like i just deleted a post off my forum and it took 10 seconds to do so... normally takes 1-2

Are you aware your forum gets backed up daily? Thats when the forum load times get high as observed. So there is nothing to worry about, until this loading issue is for more than 1 hour.

what do you mean backed up lol? never knew this haha because my site is like never slow... maybe once, twice a month its slow like this

no i have not. i will do this right now

the problem seems to have been fixed... but again the site yesterday was totally fine, but on Monday night posts were disappearing again at night... site was 100% fine on Tuesday, and its working perfectly now...

edit: and the login doesnt work for me, because we had a switch of founder on the site... i dont know the original founders email or password he created the forum with
