Solved A friend lost his password

Hello , a very good friend with me lost his founder password of that forum : http://www.geek4um.com/ him really need help , because have 5300 credits .

One more problem , his E-mail was excluded from the Yahoo! and can't get back his password .
If is necessary I will post his current E-Mail , that isn't a joke , if need much about that , please post in topic Smile

The founder needs to come here and ask for help.

dear he need to reset his pasword by secret Question if available Smile study and you should exist two IDs for yourself as an Administrator that can help you if you lost your password then you can reset your password by using the second ID Smile

What are you trying to say? Only the founder can ask for his/hers password reset, because they know the information need to confirm their identity.
