You can use wild-cards, too.
Example.
A user has a dynamic IP address, his IP ranges from 127.0.0.1 to 127.0.255.255 (this is only an example as you would never have an IP of 127.0.0.1 outside of your local network).
To ban all of his accounts, you would not need to type in 127.0.0.1, 127.0.0.2, 127.0.0.3, and so on, you can instead type 127.0.*.*
The asterisk stands for any number
