Solved Alignment Issues

Post by JonnyCode on June 12th 2013, 5:21 am

Hiya! I'm running into some alignment issues on my forum. What I've done is remove the 'Posts' and 'Topics' sections on the index' throughout the site and leaving the 'Last Posts' section. However the 'Last Posts' section is not aligned correctly and there is a large gap from that section to the edge of the forum.

This is the index of the forum. You can see the large gap from 'Last Posts' to the edge of the forum. How would I decrease that gap so it doesn't look...awkward?

This is within a category. You can see there is still a gap. However the Header is not aligned to the wording as well. How would I go about fixing this issue?

You want the text last post to move to the right or left?

Right please. This is the code that I"m using.
Code:
.header dt {   width: 65% !important;   }
dd.dterm {   width: 65% !important;   }
dd.lastpost {   width:25% !important;   }
dd.posts, dd.topics, dd.views {   display: none !important;   }

Hi,

Im not understanding you quite well. If you want it to look like this, with table's header text aligment changed, you can use this code on the top of your CSS::

Code:
li.header dd.lastpost {
float:right;
text-align:right;
}

Resault::

If not, explain your quirey a bit better.

That isn't really what I was looking for, but that works better than I thought. Thank you! Solved.
