Please change the title of your topic, that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

Yes it is free, except for the domain names, advertisement removal etc. which you need to pay for which is optional(not required).

From the FAQ:
You can purchase a custom domain name for your forum for 1600 credits per year (about 15 - can slightly vary, depending on a currency and it's current value).

You can see the exact cost of things by going ACP --> Misc --> Credits --> Spend Credits

Note: You have to be logged in as the founder to see this.
