I agree . . . Or at the very least, . . .Grant Forum Owners/Administratorsthe choice to switch it off.

When quoting or multi quoting , or heck , even when posting a message, swapping from WYSIWYG to "normal" (pre changes) mode makes my forum freeze or crash.

phpBB3 forum ~yamaha-thundercats dot org ~if you wish to look.

WHY 'O' WHY do Forumotion INSIST, time after time, onreleasing updates that are in BETA format and do not work correctly or are in apoorly thought out format, with no warning to site/forumowners/admins!?? . . . .

Sort the up date out, get it working properly (with an administrators option to turn it off in the ACP), announce afuture release day/date, release it . . .and then WATCH & LISTEN toyour customers/clients reactions andfeedback. Then ACT on that feed back . . . bethat feedbacknegative or positive.

I agree, very well put.

My forum is not functioning as my members are unable to process or cope with this on a forum that has worked perfectly for them for 4 years. They are very upset.

If it isn't broken why try to fix it?
