confused about making a forum

hello

im confused about making a new forum on forumotion.com

i once did this to try out themes , on this new forum account i created, everything was working perfectly fine
and now the link, of that forum account, gets blocked by my virus scanner

i wonder why....
and i also want to know why i have to choose between all these silly sub domain names when i want to create a new account
why cant i choose for just .forumotion.com like all the other forums
because then the link wont get blocked, im hoping so

so main question is, how can i choose forumotion.com to be the domains name?
its not in the list

i hope somebody can help me out here

If forumotion.com is not in the list, its not available anymore. Choose anything else.

I don't know if its region wise but I just attempted to create a forum and I found both forumotion.co.uk and forumotion.com were both available to me.

It must be within certain region, because i still have them options.
But like sanket had said if it is not in the list you will just have to choose a different one. Or you can always buy credits to have your own domain name as well.

What country are you in?

Ahem.. maybe I misunderstand the problem, but I think I know the solve of this issue. So you want forumotion.com as domain name, but you can't create your forum with it? Simply create your forum with any domain, and you can change the domain name to forumotion.com in...

Admin Panel -> General -> Forum Address -> Order by alphabetical name -> Second Dropdown (f) and there you will find forumotion.com! Choose it, then click on OK.
