"High DoS Attack"?
There;s a major problem with my forum. It says its in maintenance because I recieved a high dos attack?
I reported on here that my site had been hacked about a month ago and told it was not possible.
Whatever the case, someone is out to mess with my site. There's a suspicious new user with 1 post, who happened to make the last post before it went down. I assume its the same person who repeatedly spammed page after page of nonsense for weeks straight last month.
Can somebody please instruct me on how I should proceed with this, and how I get my site back up and running properly?

when you click on your username, you click on HOME, then you can see your forums, what this person did , is he made an HTML page, and set it as your home page
go to admin panel>>> Modules >>Portal management , if any delete it..or another way he could have done it is
ADMIN panel>> Modules >> HTML pages >> delete the one thats red..or delete the one that you dont remember making.

Re: "High DoS Attack"?
hey guys everything is fixed on its own. And there was another suspicious new user named "here2help". Was that by chance someone here that logged in to fix the issue? If so, thank you very much .
If not and its this same person, idk what going on as I've never heard of a hacker that messes up your site, then comes back to help to fix it. lol
Anyways I changed my admin password so Im guessing that should keep this guy from getting back into my admin panel.
Thanks for the helps guys
