Domain name renewal not working

I have a domain that won't renew on my forums as it say's it's taken (by our forum obviously). The domain was www.pwpclan.org but the forumotion domain is www.pwpclan.mygoo.org.

So please, how do I fix this?

When did the domain name expire? You brought it from Forumotion?

The domain has been expired for about 2 or so months & it was paid for through Forumotion.

We got it free because the forums were active enough but since then activity has kicked down quite a bit so this year it didn't auto renew. So instead we will pay for the domain but it tells you that it is taken when we try to pay for it.

How much is it to buy a domain name through Forumotion?

Administration Panel > Misc. > Credits Management
Spend Credits.
Buy Domain Name.

It doesn't say for me, it just directs me to a premium rate phone line charging £1.50 a minute just to get an access code!!!

ACP --> Misc --> Buy/Obtain Credits, select paypal and check credit prices. 

Usually it costs 1600 credits
