Thai/English Language Can I have English Only?

FAQ in Thai, Page has both English & Thai Font
Can it he changed to English only? How?

Ok found language but only english when I logout
Login still see Thai/English ?

yes , nothing changed.
@bottom of one page has rescue tools
and that takes me to thai_forum.net
has this got anything to do with my problem?
