In progress A few members can't respond to pm's

Post by ivegotfleas1 on June 15th 2013, 8:25 pm

I didn't know where else to put this, so here it is.

A few posters are having issues with replying to pm's.  No idea how to fix it or if I even can.  Help please!

First off all apologies if this is posted in the wrong section but i wasn't able to post in the section i thought it should be in.

Since the change to the forums made earlier this week a lot of my members me included have been unable to use the pm system on my forum.

Every Time i go to post a pm the page just freezes up and i have to restart my pc.
I thought first of all in my just have been my lap top but its happening to a few other of my member to.
Also having problems with the quote function to.

Is there anyway of fixing this problem or a way tochange my forum back the way it was before the changes.

Ive had a quick look through this thread but im not very computer lituret and have no idea even where or what codes i should change.

Is there a mod than can help me out on this by going into the admin of my forum?

It would be very much appraiated.
Thanks

Hello,

The issue was already reported to the main admin, we will need to wait for now. We apologize for the delay.

When I want to do a 'quote' is the new post going to be in the old post's box now? It used to be separate from the post so that you could differentiate your post from the one before?

I use firefox and I still have the problem. This is terribly confusing. Why can't we change it back? This part of the forum is something I have no control over, so I find it incredibly audacious to change this for people who didn't want the change to begin with.

Sorry, but a new editor has been suggested by the users themselves. Yes, the editor has some bugs, but they will sorted out. Please, Just be patient.
