You can already select all CSS from a site using
Code:
document.getElementsByTagName("style")
in your Console (Ctrl + Shift + I) to get a live array containing all the styles on your forum.

You can also use
Code:
document.getElementsByTagName("link")[0].getAttribute("href")
to grab all the embedded stylesheets, too.
