Notification "ll member" not active

why Notification for toolbar "all member" not active?


whereas for me (Admin) active..

a member that is not watching a topic will not see any thing unless they have a pm or have a friend that has just come online if they are watching a topic and say you post in it then it will come up, best way is to test it

Go to your member that is having a problem and go to any thread that is open to them and mark it as watch this topic

Now go to your account and make a post in that thread/topic
Now log back in to there account and see if there is any Notification

I have all the settings correct, but not out notices to members.

The users need to watch a topic in order for them to receive notifications. Does all of these users have a good amount of posting, inform them to check the following setting in their profile:

Profile >> Preference >> Always notify me of replies : []Yes

Hi there Mostone,
what i mean is on each thread  right at the bottom of the page it will have this >> Watch this topic for replies that member will have to click on that to get any updates to there notifications bar when some one else is to post there .

Also the member should have this setting clicked in there profile's >> Preferences tab >>
Always notify me of replies : Tick YES and Save
if they don't want to be told when some one has posted in all there topic's then they should leave this as NO 
Also when your members are making a topic or posting on a comments made by some one else there is a little part under or over the top of there settings asking them  do they want to watch this topic they should tick the box
