Add color to global announcement etc

i want add olor to global announcements, announcements and stickies, i have tried this tutorial for punbb version

Make sure that you used the punBB code.  Redo the tutorial.

if you have renamed the global announcement name and etc, i think this code will not work

check here admin > general > message and email > configuration > Customize a global announcement name, Define another name for Announcements, Define another name for Stickies > filled with blank to make it default name
