Need help creating password protected forum

I've been trying to use this guide (http:*//help.forumotion.com/t76762-create-password-protected-forum), but it's not working for me.

This is how I get to the javascript page:
Administration panel -> Modules (scroll down) -> HTML & javascript -> javascript codes management

Am I doing it right...?

So, in the guide (linked above) they mention both head and body tags where you should insert the codes. How do I do that since there's no head or body to choose (only a blank page)? I tried typing <head>, the code and </head>, and the same with the body, but it didn't work.

I tried this guide as well (http:*//javascriptkit.com/script/cut10.shtml) but it didn't work (it also had to do with body tags etc).

I'm using theme version phpBB3 (?). All replies are welcomed, I'd really like to password protect my web page.
