Help changing name of moderator to a personal name......

I'm starting up a forum - not finished yet but how can we/I change the word "moderator" to a personal moderators name - we will have several mods after we are up and running ....
See below- next to moderator it says : Moderators but I want to be able to put a personal name of a moderator....

You can create moderator groups and give the group any name you want to. The moderators on this forum are called Managers for example. Under the usergroup Moderator just change it to what name you want it to be.

We will have four moderators and each one will be hosting or handling a separate category or "section" and we want to be able to specify instead of it saying "moderator" the personal name of that particular moderator

The only way would be to create a group for each name you want, then set the permissions for those groups here:
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
