We were in the chat room on our forum this evening and it just suddenly froze and none of us can get back into the forum at all now, any ideas ?

Clear your browser's cache and try logging back on again.

First thing I tried until I realised that all 12 of us had been frozen out - it is now back up and running so not sure what caused ALL 12 of us to be frozen out?

I have been on your site and it seems to be working okay. I never saw the chat box though. Have you disabled it? as it could be the chat box that is making your forum slow. Although it seems all right to me.
