can I embed a code into my forum?

I want to put an accurate chat room in here, so is there a way i could embed ?

or, more prefferably, what is the code for the chatbox that forumotion uses, so i can put it in  a post istead of at the bottom of my homepage?

Where exactly do you want to place the new chatbox? Also, which forum version are you using (phpBB 2 or 3)?

i want to put it in a post, because it'd seem a lot more recognizable than it being in the bottom of the forums

im pretty sure my forum runs on phpBB 3 now, btw.

it says my theme version is phpBB 2 pubsilver. if that means anything.
