Scroll Bar Glitch?

I was on a forum of someone elses and I've seen there scroll bar.....its shows

Is it a glitch or a broken CSS or a design flaw? Because ill like to know before it happens to me

I think you are worrying too much.  

Its just a username

For some odd reason Forumotion username censor only likes to accept words with 3 characters long or longer so you can't remove punctuation and other symbols. So for some odd reason (and I've mainly seen this on the Forumotion forums) people like to put symbols in their username.

So that's all they've done is sign up with a well known site and used the TM copyright symbol. I wouldn't worry about it.
