How to split topics in the forum.

How to split topics in the forum as is pictured.

I don't quite know what you mean by split forums, I know you can split topics via moderation tools but I'm not quite sure what you mean.

I want to divide subjects with tape as the picture.

Currently you only have one category on your forum, you have 4 forums but only one category.

So you need to create more categories first. Read this link for more details https://help.forumotion.com/t8322-differences-between-forum-and-category?highlight=Category

Secondly you need to go into ACP--> Display --> Homepage --> Structure and hierarchy
-->Split categories on index --> Medium --> save

That should give you the same, if not similar appearance.
