Problem with inscription

Hello,
I have a problem with the caption that goes on top of the window.
Give a screen to find out what the inscription speak.

 
Several times I tried to change it, but it does not. It remains the same, but actually have the option to change. I'll be glad if you tell me what to do to rectify this.
