Greetings! I'm wondering if there is any HTML code for some kind of panel, or how should I call it... Something like that chat panel, but members would be able to post on that panel, and Admins would be able to edit those posts.

Maybe, it would be more clearly explained if I say what do I need it for. I want to make a sports forum, where every member would post their prediction, and Admin would check it if it passed or not.

Search here - widgetbox.com .  Maybe search for a writing pad like widget.
