Help! I upload photos into my albums and they turn out grey and no picture.....I have to be able to see the pictures that are uploaded. What do I do? The thumbnails and pics are a grey box and no picture.

This is what I posted and no one helped me....just sent me to another post where it hs not been resolved.....I need this resolved ASAP.......The launch of my website has been postponed because of this for some time now and I cannot have this postponing it any longer..........HELP!!!!
