Problem with the security of hidden tags?

I have a question concerning a fairly new feature on the forums called "hidden tags", and just how secure they are from other members in the forums. It turns out that a moderator of one forum is actually able to view the hidden tagged messages of a completely separate forum that they have no mod privileges on. Is this normal, or is it just because the hidden tags are such a new feature that this problem is occurring? The content within the hidden tagged messages isn't harmful to other members, but does need to be kept secret from others on the web site to ensure its success, seeing as it is based on a card/strategy game and only certain users should have access to the content therein. My question is: are hidden tags not to be taken too seriously right now at the moment, and if so, will there be a possible fix for this current dilemma in the future? This isn't a new feature, however, how this works is by submitting a thread with the hidden tags, once the thread is out; only those who have posted inside that thread are able to view whatever is inside the (hidden) tags.

 Thank you very much for such a quick response. I do realize that only the ones who posted in the thread are able to see the content within (hidden) tags, but it would seem that a moderator of any forum is able to view these as well, even though the (hidden) tags that this moderator is able to view are within another forum that the member is not a moderator of...

For example, "Isaac" is a regular member who posted (hidden) tags in the locked forum called "Strategies", which is in a category on its own. "Nolan" is a moderator of the forum called "Spam", which is also in a category on its own. For some reason, Nolan is able to see what's inside the (hidden) tags that Isaac posted, even though Isaac is in a forum that Nolan has no jurisdiction or control over. It looks like (hidden) tags are something that any moderator can see, no matter what part of the board that he has control over. Is there a reason for this, or am I just being too complicated with the (hidden) tags?

Administrators and moderators will be able to see the hidden text or images.
