Is there a way to only allow admins to choose colourful headings? It seems that either all members can use it or non. psychoanalytic.userboards.net

I had a look and followed the instructions. put the first code into widget the other into CSS. but nothing happens. Have I forgotten something important?

yes, i have other widgets on my forum which work fine

 i just realised i got phpbb2 not 3 as stated in my profile!
