admin login issue, (forum hacked possible)

i can not login to my forum http://tech-steel-gamers.userboard.net

i am "thee" founder

the password i have used all of the sudden doesn't work

i have not changed my password


it identifies my user but locks me out after ten tries of entering my password

the site appears normal, however the locked member features might not

and if someone gains access i expect him\or her to mess with it


i expect some sort of glitch or noob hack, i can not recover my password because of option in admin panel

if anyone can help, like technical staff to bypass the password lockout so i can reset it, i would greatly appreciate it
