Solved Can You Create A Spam Paradise?

Hello i am the Head Administrator of Elemental Hero Academy,

 I am wondering if it is possible to create a section in which members can post but does not increase your post count nor show up on the Recent Topics widget. I notice a lot of sites that are not Forumotion based have sections like this and am wondering if there is a way to do this.
