Setting Up Permissions Problem
Well I have created my forums, and all my groups; I then had a buddy log on, and register. When he logged on to his account he could see the private sections, I had set up. I am only given 3 options for permissions, and for some reason I can't edit the "Regular User" permissions. I had a leadership, member, and trainee sections set up, I can't even set them up to not view specific section.
But my issue is I need sections that can't be viewed by the regular registered members, and specific ranks to not have access to sections as well. I have tampered around for 3 hours, thinking I would figure it out, any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Setting Up Permissions Problem
Forum permissions are based on groups, not ranks.

Re: Setting Up Permissions Problem
Well my problem is I want specific groups, to not be able to view specific section. I also don't want the default users, that have just official registered able to view my private sections. I have done the process before, I have detailed it IDK man; just need help figuring out it again.

ACP --> General--> Categories and Permissions --> Go to the category you want to set up permissions for and then click this image
