Forum theme template??

 



So is there any template?[like the templates for old YouTube channel?]
I've designed a few YT channel themes but never really tried with any forums or anything.
So is there some template or something ?Which I can work on in photoshop?

Not really, can work with the default versions of the skins in the admin panel.

Yes, so the custom skins are made with help of default versions. They, are then uploaded to hitskin.com
