Solved Forum Border removal and new topic bg colour.

Post by RetroKidsTV on July 31st 2013, 12:01 am

Hi, all!!

My forum has a 1px border around the entire thing and I just can't seem to find it in the CSS in order to remove it. Any ideas on what the snippet would look like?

Secondly, When I write a new topic, the typing entry box has a white BG....which wouldn't be a problem, except I have my text set to #FFF...so, as you can imagine, it's making it impossible to see what you're actually typing.

How can I change the bg of the New Topic entry box and remove the border, please? Very Happy

All my loves and hugs and what not in advance.

Okay, so I've found the "bodyline color" segment, which seems to be the border.

I'll try and figure out a removal now that I know the element name.

Still stuck on the new topic bx bg, though. Sad

Try this for the text editor background color. The background is black #000 and the text is white #fff.

AP>>Display>>Colors>>CSS stylesheet
Code:
.sceditor-container iframe, .sceditor-container textarea {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #000 !important;
color: #fff !important;
}

If you found the forum border CSS just change the 1px to 0px.
