User's valid email address rejected as invalid
Hello,
One of the users on my board keeps getting his (valid) email address rejected as "invalid".
Is there some sort of algorithm in the software or at the host that rejects certain domains or email account names? For the record, his email account is hosted at sonic.net
Thanks,
Steve

Its likely that Forumotion's anti spam filters will block his email address as I think those domains might be considered spam.
I'm not sure how you'd go about getting that domain email approved. I'll wait until someone official from Forumotion can comment.

The member could use a different email to register and then change it after logging on.

That's what I thought. I did that to get him registered, used my email address, still can't change it to his own. It gets rejected as invalid every time.
Thank you for the responses.
