Sparkle to username
I know there is threads on this but I'm apparently doing something wrong so here goes
I've read this https://help.forumotion.com/t96136-group-s-style-on-legend-glitter-icon-glow
the link when i click on a user is /memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=55
so I have tried using
a[href="/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=55"] {
background: url("https://i.servimg.com/u/f45/15/95/60/34/glitte10.gif");
}
&
a[href="/u55"] {
background: url("https://i.servimg.com/u/f45/15/95/60/34/glitte10.gif");
}
and since which css isn't stated and I dont have this option AP > Display > Colors > CSS
I have tried adding this to the following css (colours.css, common.css, links.css & stylesheet.css)
and nothing glittered but I'm not sure if I'm to add it to a particular line or not
in colours.css I found
/* Coloured usernames */
.username-coloured {
font-weight: bold;
display: inline !important;
padding: 0 !important;
}
so thought it may go there but I tried adding that to it and it doesn't do anything but I only want specific users to glitter so adding background-image:url('https://i.servimg.com/u/f45/15/95/60/34/glitte10.gif');
isn't an option

Re: Sparkle to username
thanks I've tried that and I have 17 css files and have tried adding the two different versions of the code to 7 of those css files and refreshed etc and nothing changes so either that code goes in a specific spot within one of the css files I've attempted in order to work or I've yet to find the correct css file to add it to.

Re: Sparkle to username
The reason why this codes won't work is because your forum isn't hosted by Forumotion. It's an actual forum based on phpBB community. We can't do anything further, try to see their tutorials in their support forum.
