Past usernames hover code? Empty Past usernames hover code?

I want to enable the option to allow my users to change their usernames, but I was wondering if there is a code that shows that account's past usernames when a mouse pointer hovers over it so people aren't confused when my users do this.

I have not seen any codes that would show the history of your username changes.
