Hello

Admin Panel > General > Forum/Configuration
> Date/Format : Pick format you want to use for your guests.

Logged members can overwrite this default choice within their profile "Preferences Tab"

You already did where ?

Profile ? Or admin panel ?

Currently your default settings is Dayname Daynumber Month - hh:mm (1st choice from the top of list) you need to select the 3rd choice from the botton of the list to get mm/dd/yyyy, hh:mm format.

Your board is now correctly set up as you can see if you log out.

Now you need to change the same way within your profile.

If you do not change your profile, you wont see any change once logged in.
