dont show nvbar/hedars

i am using phpbb3 and change version phpbb2

So want to hide the navbar as well as the header that says
WAREZ or illegal softwares are not allowed!

to remove the header goto:
ACP>General>>forum (left hand side)>>Under forum press >> Configuration
then in the screen that comes up find the box for Site description and remove the content thats in side of it and press save and that should remove the message.

i am blank Site name < box and save then forum open but not solve problum


problum is no show button all login , log out , meaasge , new message , home , forum , portal , faq , member list , calendar , and all

Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Navigation & Headers
Check and see if the buttons are visible to guests.
