Replace it with this,

      <span class="cattitle"><a class="cattitle" href="{U_VIEWONLINE}" rel="nofollow">TITLE HERE</a></span>
      <!-- END switch_viewonline_link -->

Replace the "TITLE HERE" with your own title.

After submitting it, make sure to save it.
