Administrators Cannot See HTML (Switch Editor Mode) Button
Hi Forumotion,
First of all I have been running my forum for just under a year and we already have 130 members, I have found the software to be very user friendly up until this point. We have 5 administrators that are helping to keep things rolling, however, they have been unable to toggle or even see the HTML and Normal View button at the top of their text box when trying to edit the "Home Page" or "Announcements" text box.
We have been working this problem all day, and cant seem to work out why I can see the HTML button (switch editor mode) option but they cannot see it, here is what I see, even when I log into their profile using their password:
screen grab
This is what they see from their computer:
screen shot windows 7
As you can see they neither can see the HTML (switch editor mode) icon at the top left of the text box, nor can they see the toolbar, this has turned out to be quite a boggle since I can see the button when I log into their profile as them.
Please if someone could give some assistance with this problem we would very much appreciate it. Our forum address is:

Thank you

Thanks for checking so proptly guys I appreciate it, as you can see the two text boxes are completely different, One showing HTML script, and mine showin just text and pictures my admins want to be able to edit the home page with upcoming events and posters for our members so I dont have to do all the work, but until we fix this problem they will not be able to.
Thanks Forumotion.

Hello
That feature did never work with Chrome or Safari browsers.
Forumotion plans to deploy everywhere a new editor, but no date given yet.
Only solution so far is to tell your "Chrome" admins to use another browser when they need the WYSYWYG editor in Admin Panel.

Thank you Neptune (a thank you has been sent) we shall try that and see what happens. I have spotted the new forum editor, it seems I already have this software running (or something close to it) but my other admins do not, we will try what you have suggested.Neptune- wrote:Hello

@SLGray - No double post, it was in addition to the first post, however I must point out that you seem more interested with a minor protocol breach, rather than helping one of your members that pays good money to run his forum, can you please lend assistance. My deepest apologies for posting twice, but I take running my forum very seriously and would like my problem to be taken seriously. Please make an attempt to solve the problem.
I guess I'll get one of my other admins to create a post if we think of anything further in the next 23 hours.
Thanks for your assistance Forumotion
