........ I want to add a new mod to my site. I have created him as a mod and he shows as such in his own posts.

However, I want him to show in the forum lists too as per this screen shot but I've forgotten how to do that!

Help!!!!!

Thanks.

Al.

Hi,

Follow the instruction #2 in this tutorial: https://help.forumotion.com/t16012-designate-moderators

To show the moderators, you'll have to do the following:

ACP >> Display >> Structure & Hierarchy >> Hierarchy >> Display forum moderators : []YES

Many thanks for that Sir Chivas, I appreciate your time and effort.

However, I'd already completed both of those process' but still he does not show in the forum lists.

You do not have it set up to display the moderators on the index.

Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Structures & Hierarchy
Hierarchy Section
Display forum moderators: Yes

Are you set moderator for that forum?

Try go in admin panel -> Users & groups -> Groups administration.

All moderators must have group with his nickname. In group decipton writte (I think) "personal user". He must have permissions to moderate on some forum, and I think group is hidden.

It looks as though someone has done some template editing on your phpbb2 forum index page adding links that go horizontal using ul li table tags, and in doing so have altered or removed the code that shows the moderators. You can delete the template and it would restore it, but I'm sure you don't want to do that as you would lose the table layout you have now. I don't know the code for the Moderator in the template or even positive if I'm correct that is the problem, but it looks that way to me.
