Forum Redirecting and Not Working

Hello,

I had (http://clancaos.net) on my forum but moved domains. My forum (clancaos.forumotions.in) still redirects to (clancaos.net) and wont let me change the URL.

I think it is glitched. Someone please help.

When I use this link - http://clancaos.forumotions.in/ - it does not redirect to clancaos.net.  Have you tried adding the new redirect again?

Lets go to tools
https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

Once logged in go to
In case of error on clancaos.forumotions.in/
Then type in your forum username/password
You will go to Admin panel where you can delete redirect.
Then remove your custom domain name.

Once removed, just add your new domain name.

The tools would've been useful in my current situation if I still remembered my founder password. xD

I, too, am in a similar situation with my forum. I renewed my domain name but it redirects to a registrar instead of the site, and I can't access it though my forumotion address anymore.
