.bodyline frame (image) is detached from the body of forum columns.

The question is how to remove the empty space it as previously seen on the picture so that the frame neatly covers only the borders of the forum body, not mid-background.

I've added

Code:: padding-right: 0px; padding-left: 0px;

However it still left a small spacing, so it's table.forumline

Edit : It's not table.forumline. Anyone have a solution?

If I understand you correctly the reason the image border is not going all the way to the edges of the body is because your forum width is not 100%. If you change your forum width to 100% in AP>>General>>Configuration I think it will give you the look you want.

Another idea,

Try adding this to your css:

Oh I just noticed you're using phpbb2, that is a "tables" issue will need to be adjusted in your template. CSS is not going to help you with this in my humble opinion.

All I can do is guess without trying it myself, but I would try in the second code Viewtopic_body this part and change the 9 to 0 in every place it has a 9. It may be several 9% in that code.

As I can undestand you want to reduce the space between forum's border and tables inside it. Go to Administration panel ~> Display ~> Pictures and colors ~> Colors ~> CSS Stylesheet and add this code:

After you added my code some space disappeared, more thant that you can't do because of the forum border's image, I do think. Sorry. Sad

Which code precisely? Tell me what I added which is your code so that I meddle with and probably fix properly. Also, it's a margin. Why would a code mess with the margin for a default phpbb2 forum table? Makes no sense to me, sorry.

It goes - Background/Background image > Table/Table image > Index body/index body image.

However the space between the Index body and Table is not listening.

I do have a alternative fix to this problem, which is basically altering the background image so that it "appears" like it's using a frame, but then people with different resolutions will get different image background. And i want to avoid that.

It's not a big difference so you can be a little confused.

I don't think you can remove more space because of the border image you have on your forum. Hovewer, I found a way to "lie" browsers so you can achieve what you want. So, you need to go to "Administration Panel ~> Modules ~> HTML & JAVASCRIPT ~> JavaScript codes management", create a new code and add:

Code:: $(document).ready(function(){ $('.bodyline').child().css('width','101%').css('margin-left','-3px'); });

On "Placement" field choose "All pages".

Note: You have to have your JavaScript codes management enabled before using it. thumleft

Haha, the javascript actually override the Forumotion Toolbar at the top of the page, however nothing else.

Also tried to mess a bit with javascript code but to no avail.
