NEED HELP Cant access my admin account!!

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security 

Problem to reset my password on ravegaming.niceboard.com

I still have access to one window that has my admin still logged in but i changed the password of the admin Come to find out i cant access it anymore because i forgot that password and i never knew to reset a password you need to press something in the admin menu, I really do not want to remake my forums..  i'm upset that i cant fix this by myself! please help!

i have access to the email i set up my whole Forums on but that stupid security Disallow admin to send new password is on and so i cant resend my password!!

I went to the founder tools and did it so i can get a email to reset my admin password, but i tried to do a email resend thing and it said the same thing  The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
