Navigation bar problem Empty Navigation bar problem

It's me again.
Now i have problem with the navigation bar. I used that code https://help.forumotion.com/t125811-how-to-put-navigation-above-header?highlight=navigation .
But there's space.

give this a try
  the code you had here
Code:
<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="{MENU_POSITION}">
<tr>
<td align="{MENU_POSITION}"{MENU_NOWRAP}>{GENERATED_NAV_BAR}</td>
</tr>
</table>
find it and change the 0's to something like -3 and see if that makes it move up

dont forget if you use the FM toolbar as well then you will need that gap

your code should look like this in the end
