i have a member using a mac book pro every time she posts this coding comes up along with her siggy.
i have entered her siggy code in her profile for her but the same thing is happening.

hi sir.mayo i believe now that this has nothing to do with her siggy at all. 
its just happening when she posts. 
Her sentences come up but also this weird gibberish.
she said she uses a mac notebook pro and her browser is safari

It looks almost like it is posting the information from the notebook or browser.  Can she use a different device or computer until we can figure out the issue? Also ask her if her browser is up to date.

i think the theme i am using does not have that option

You said that you replaced her signature? Did you remember to replace it on the entire fourm?
