double spacing again

in my group when we type out a message its double spacing. I will do one up to show you what I mean so plz read the message that I type cause I will explain to you what is going on.

Ok when I type like this
Then go down to this line
Then when I highlight the message and center it its all double spacing between
the message

I clicked on preview and see that its not doing it in this group, but it is in mine.
please can we get this fixed up
also the group is running a bit slow
the ladies have been complaining
I had trouble myself on Tuesday Sept 17th. couldn't get in to the group at all. all other sites I went into were fine, except for my group.

my group is closed, so when someone wants to check it out you will have to message me to let me know to open it up

ok see in the first screen shot the message that is typed out is to the left of page and she didn't center the message

Now in the screen shot below where I centered the message its double spaced. it double spaces all the time when we highlight the message and center it

I assume this issue have some connection with the WYSIWYG thing. is it activated on your admin panel? if it on, then switch it off. Neutral

Can you tell me exactly where I can find it plz?

Also NOW the lines between my regular posts and the stickies...such as global announcements the lines are gone from between them. not sure how this happened. they were there last night when I went in around 10pm. please can someone look into this mess that is going on. also the name of the forum is showing at the top of the page and that was never there either...thanks you

Just checked on the WYSIWYG and it is set to no
So where do I go from here

Your double space problem should be fixed now.

here are the scree shots of the problems

these just happened over night and were fine yesterday so something is wrong in the group

This part I have solved. everything is changing on its own and not sure why this is happening, but going to check on the bottom part now.

in this screen shot you see where the arrows are. there was a line that seperated the normal posts from the posts that are stickies to the top, global posts and so on is what I mean.

in this screen shot you see the name of the group there. it was NOT there yesterday

played around in admin and have these both solved, BUT I am still confused as to why these are changing on their own. there must be a reason. I know no one else touches the admin part except for me.
any answers to why this would happen?

but the problem of the double spacing is NOT fixed so please look into this. I would greatly appreciate it.

LilaP, I've checked this. After you change the WYSIWYG setting, it will only affect the next post. The posts made before this change will not be affect so yea. The double space will still be there for the post made before this.

About the line you are saying..I'm not so sure what is causing this. Can't provide you any answer for this. Sorry.

Hello LilaP,

I need the following things to help you:

- Did you use BBcode?
- Could you provide us an example of initial text that you edit (by screenshot for example) ? Either you made some errors by writing your tags or we get an editor problem.
