Hey Guys!

I would like to know if I can buy a domain currently utilized by a forum if this forum is eliminated by forumotion because of incumpriment of the rules.

Example:

Someone created a forum and bought a domain today: (loremipsum.com)

Tomorrow that forum is eliminated, can I buy the domain loremipsum.com tomorrow or I have to wait 1 year?

Even if a forum is deleted/banned, the domain name will not be available the next day. It has to go through a process to be available again.

well i dont know about what happens if you buy it here, but if they bought it from another site they will still retain the domain till it expires.
