Maybe you can tell any of the admins to right their names in the notepad.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this. As suggested above, you should tell your admins to leave their name when making edits.

Only thing I would suggest, is to look when has someone been online @ACP (ACP -> General -> Security)

Yes however, that will only display if you have to log into the Administration Panel again. If the AP is not password protected that will not display.
