You have phpBB2 so let's start:
Go in Administration Panel -> Display -> Templates -> General -> overall_header and find that :
Code:
<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="{MENU_POSITION}">
               <tr>
                  <td align="{MENU_POSITION}"{MENU_NOWRAP}>{GENERATED_NAV_BAR}</td>
               </tr>
            </table>
Now , replace with this one :

Code:
 <table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="{MENU_POSITION}">
               <tr>
                  <td align="{MENU_POSITION}"{MENU_NOWRAP}>{GENERATED_NAV_BAR}</td>
                                          <div id="search" class="right"><form method="get" action="/search" id="search-box"><fieldset><a href="/search" accesskey="4" rel="search" id="adv_search" class="right" original-title="Cautare avansata">Advanced</a><span id="search_wrap" class="right"><input type="text" name="search_keywords" id="main_search" maxlength="128" size="17" class="inputbox search" value="Search..." onclick="if (this.value == 'Search...') this.value = '';" onblur="if (this.value == '') this.value = 'Search...';"><span class="choice ipbmenu clickable" id="search_options" style="">Forums</span><input type="submit" class="submit_input clickable" value=""></span></fieldset></form></div></tr>
            </table>
Now go in Administration Panel -> Display -> Colors -> CSS Stylesheet and add that

Code:
#search fieldset{
float: right;
padding: 0px;
margin-top: 4px;
border: none!important;
}

#search_wrap {
background: whitesmoke;
border: none;
border-radius: 3px;
box-shadow: 0 0 5px #197267;
padding: 0px;
padding-left: 3px;
padding-right: 3px;
}
#search_wrap input{
  background:transparent;

}

#main_search {
border: none!important;
color: #BEBEBE;
font-family: Arial;
font-size: 13px;
}

#search_options {
background: rgb(236, 236, 236);
border: none;
border-radius: 3px;
color: #666;
display: inline-block;
font-family: tahoma;
font-size: 10px;
margin-bottom: 3px;
padding: 2px 5px;
position: relative;
top: -1px;
margin-right: 5px;
}

#search_wrap .submit_input.clickable{
position: absolute;
width: 25px;
height: 23px;
background: #f5f5f5 url(https://cdn4.iconfinder.com/data/icons/iconic/raster/12/magnifying_glass_alt.png) no-repeat center center;
margin-top: 0px;
border-top-right-radius: 3px;
border-bottom-right-radius: 3px;
border: none;
border-left: 1px solid #ddd;
box-shadow: 1px 0 0 white inset;
  cursor:pointer;
}

#adv_search{
text-indent: -30000px;
width: 60px;
height: 15px;
background: url(http://i38.servimg.com/u/f38/15/42/26/78/advanc10.png)no-repeat center top;
margin-top: 4px;
margin-left: 5px;
}
With this code , you will have the style made by Invision Power Board .
