Hello TenzoNakamiXD,

Add this to your CSS:
It will decrease the top, left, and right margins by 5px.
Code:
.headerbar{margin:-5px -5px -0px -5px;}

Thanks it worked!
Now how to remove the background image and making the whole page fit to the right, top, left, and bottom margin?

For the top and bottom add this to your stylesheet:
Code:
#wrap{margin-top:-10px;margin-bottom:-10px;}
To modify the width of your forum navigate to..
Administration Panel > General > Configuration

Find 'Forum width (number or %)' and set the value to 100% if you want the forum wrap to take up the whole window.
